Manifesting Made Easy
by Consciously Connecting with Your Higher Self
Chapter Title
Consciously Connecting with your Higher Self. What exactly is your Higher Self? I remember being confused with that term and the term soul, using them interchangeably for many years. And interestingly, it was my Higher Self that started bringing attention to this definition to me, while I was still mixing it up as my soul.
I believe life is understood by individual perspective, and that's how the Divine/Source/Universe/God experiences itself through us, as the Higher Self being the Divine/Source/God, (that I'll hereon refer to as Source), within us. The Higher Self always retains the knowledge of who it is, and who our soul really is, and what it truly wants. So, the Higher Self is the Source that is experiencing its individuated aspect of you, which is your soul. Your soul is experiencing its life here on this earth through an anchor, which is your ego. I do believe we experience other lives, elsewhere too, but for the sake of this book, we're going to focus on this life you're experiencing here and now, and how to make it better.
Life is a game to be played and experienced. Ego is how we actually can appreciate the experience of the game because ego is the one who is affected by contrast - what it likes, what it dislikes, while the Higher Self can maintain a neutral perspective, as it doesn't get lost in the illusive story of life, as ego does. But without the story there goes the fun.
