About Seqkat:
Seqkat is a bubbly person, to put it lightly.  When you first meet her you will notice this free Joyful vibe surrounding you, alongside pure ecstatic excitement for life.  She has a strong passion for helping others and guiding them back to their true authentic selves.  "This allows people to create the life that supports Who They Really Are, a life that is much more joyful and exciting for themselves," she says.

Since the early age of 4, Seqkat has always been tapped into the truth of life, feeling this deep inner knowing.  She was challenged greatly through childhood abuse which always pushed her towards enlightenment.  Throughout her life, people always came to her for help and advice regarding life.  Now Seqkat is known for her ability to calm the fears people have in life by helping them align their perspective with one that is of the truth.  She calls this "Aligning Your Ego with Your Higher Self."  She is also known for her "Healing Hands" as she is able to release "Energetic Blocks" people may have in their bodies which may be causing dis-ease.

More personally, Seqkat lives a Lifestyle that is focused on Joy!  She embodies Wize Vibez TEC's core teachings of Living an Exciting & Passionate Life.  In her free time, she is a writer, animal lover (she loves cats!), mother & grandmother, and enjoys spending time in nature.  One of her greatest loves is ever expanding research and growth!  She also likes a good story and staying healthy through healthy eating and weekly exercising.

From age 10, Seqkat was looking for answers to all of life's questions through the medium in which she was raised, Christianity that would later change.  With years of conversation and sometimes arguments with her step-father, she began to research other sources after having Vivid and Extra-Ordinary dreams.  This opened a door for Seqkat which led her to an insatiable appetite for all things spiritual.  From Yogic teachings to Scientific & Metaphysical Theories, this eventually led her to freedom from the restricting beliefs she had picked up from others.  Ultimately, this led her to look within for answers which is now her main practice and led her to the Core Teachings Wize Vibez TEC embodies of self-empowerment, following one's Joy, being Who They Really Are, living the life truly intended for them!

One of Seqkat's greatest passions and messages that she shares is the importance of calming their ego's fears and fully loving ourselves.  She has a talent for helping people connect with their ego and listen to the fears that they discover.  She has even developed a technique called Erase It & Replace It to help those stuck in their fears work their way into a perspective in alignment with Source itself.  Along side that, she also has made a guided meditation to help people meet their Higher Self and an entire four week program, The Practice of Loving Yourself  to bring your ego and your Higher Self in to balance so you may embrace the full spectrum of Who You Really Are.

Seqkat is on a mission and this is to get as many people as we can to enjoy life.  To bring their egos back into balance with their Higher Selves, Source Perspective to engage in enjoying life as we were meant to do!  Playing.  Being Silly.  Laughing.  Singing.  Dancing.  Experiencing that which fulfills each person uniquely.  Whatever is your Heart's Desire!  To Be "En-Joy" and in Love with our lives.

From my perspective, Seqkat is a wonderful person, a beautiful soul who is filled with compassion and love for others and just a bundle of energy that shines as a great reminder to everyone, to find the funny in all things and to be yourself.  Your Authentic You.  She has an amazing way of working with others and her techniques to help ease people into Source Perspective are incredibly effective.

My Biggest Turning Point - Seqkat Winn

In 2009 a huge turning point would lead me in a different direction of spiritual searching and healing.  I for the first time became the one in need.  Desperate need.  Severe abandonment issues were triggered.  Prior to that I was a gregarious, hyper, joyful person, that laughed every day in hysterics, and giggled with most every sentence I spoke.  In my eyes the glass was not only half full - it was full full!  Air filled the half water wasn't filling.  I greeted everyone warmly and with bright smiles, and received much in return that only fed me more joy!  The abandonment issues slowly dimmed my light, gravely.  I became more and more withdrawn both on the online and offline world.  I grew very depressed, a year of that which was very severe that had me praying for death for the sake of relief.  Even though I sank into terrible apathy, I kept seeking spiritually for help to heal and transmute these issues.  The apathy just my path slower as I dropped spiritual practices such as Yoga and meditation in result.  By 2012 I had reached the polar opposite of who I was.  One who had had my own online business, and lead groups could barely speak at all to others online.  I had literally come to a place of feeling inferior to people.

Along the way I found help and this is when I developed the technique of meeting my Higher Self on my own, (though I credit Divine/Source aka - my Higher Self for leading me to such clarity).  That technique in itself busted the severity of my depression in a single moment, and my prayers for death ceased, and I fought to live and do more than so, I fought to thrive!  I continued to seek spiritually and was led to help finding many resources with very helpful techniques and then eventually was led to get coaching myself through Conscious Evolution Coaching in August of 2012.  That was a scary step for me with my irrational fears of people because of the abandonment issues.  My healing continued on into 2013 with the group coaching, personal coaching from my son, Shou, (thank you, Shou, you were immense help to me!), who is very spiritual and excellent in counseling, and aid from others online and through books.  As you can see here, even the coaches need coaching!   

On my healing journey my Higher Self led me to develop the technique of Embracing Your Ego Self.  Those four years of struggling with the abandonment fears, triggered every issue within myself that needed attention that I had buried from childhood.  My ego was in terrible need of love and attention, understanding and compassion from me.  Not only did I heal from the fears, but my eyes also opened to self-reflection of who I had become, a reactor to fears, and I recreated myself to be even more loving by my own values, and understanding, and have even more compassion towards others, as I learned to forgive and have more compassion for myself.  Those painful four years of the dark night of the soul, have lead to an even greater contribution to me helping others on a far grander scale.  I knew this, even as I was going through it.

I have been sharing my techniques with others and they are seeing remarkable improve, reporting it's life changing!  I've watched these techniques bring profound changes in my life and those I've helped, and it truly is amazing, and as trying and as hard as things got for me, I'm thankful to have come out on the other side and be able to reach back and help others do the same. 

I continue to grow and expand with my own experiences, never ending research and with continued support from Shou.  Now, my growth has turned towards the direction of practicing joy in my life, being in alignment with who I am in my service, which is serving you, as well as doing energy healing.  I'm truly humbled, honored and touched to the heart for those who share with me, as they seek to grow and expand as well.  And I am deeply and ever grateful for all of those who have helped me and continue to help me. :)
