Having trouble Letting Go of something but don't know Where to Start or How to Do it? I've had this very trouble myself and it can be frustrating. But rejoice! I've found a process to help you easily let go that has worked wonders for me and others who have tried it! Here are 3 Simple Steps to Successfully Letting Go! Step 1: Accept You are No Longer a Match Look at what you are trying to let go of and realize and accept you are no longer a match. That you are no longer working out like you used to work out and that it's okay, it's time to move on. Usually when you are not a match to something there is a lot of tension between you and it and things just are not working harmoniously. You're on two different paths and they're simply just going in their own directions. It is safe to let go and actually better for the both of you. Step 2: Allow Yourself to Grieve & Give Yourself Love Allow Yourself to Grieve and Give Yourself Love. This step is very important as if you just suppress your feelings and push them aside you end up keeping your focus on the negative. The reason being is that you've put a block on the flow of negative energy out of your body and it needs to get out. And if it doesn't it always keeps your focus on it, as it causes you pain, which tends to attract more negativity and makes the process of letting go much harder than it needs to be. Step 3: Invest in Your Joy and Excitement! Focus On and Invest Your Energy into the things that Bring You Joy and What You are a Match to. If there's a certain experience, sport, person you'd like to have more of in your life go for it! When you focus all of your thoughts and energy towards the things that bring you joy you start to basically seal the process of letting go. It is literally You Moving On to better things. You may have a few layers come up in the future with anything you may have missed grieving on but that's okay and it's normal. If we tried to work through all the layers at once it would be overwhelming and in my opinion would kill us as we can't take the intensity. It's like trying to lift 1000 pounds/kilos when we're only used to lifting 100, it'd break our arms. This is the beauty of having layers. We can deal with pain a bit at a time and still enjoy our lives as well. For a more fun personal interaction with me on this subject, I made a video on this, check it out below!
